The full package is $3,000 and includes access to the barn for your entire wedding day, as well as the day before for set-up and rehearsal. There are no time limits.

The small package is $2,000 and includes access to the barn for 6 hours for your event, 2 hours beforehand for set-up, and 2 hours the day before.

Both packages require a non-refundable $500 deposit to hold your date. The deposit will go towards the total fee.

Cleaning and damage deposits of $500 each are also required but will be refunded upon inspection and approval of the grounds.

All money is due 30 days prior to the event date.

Photo Sessions

We offer photo sessions on the property for $25 per 30 minute time slot. They can only be scheduled for Sunday afternoons/evenings or Monday – Thursday. Other times may be available upon request or cancellation of another event.

Other Events

Most other events are $75/hour, but pricing does vary depending on the type of event. Refundable cleaning and damage deposits also apply. Please contact us for specific pricing information.

What’s Included

Copper Rock Barn is the perfect venue to accommodate most needs for your event. We have 3,000 square feet of space, plus 5 acres outside. Inside, we have bathrooms and dressing rooms that are heated/cooled. The barn is open air but you are welcome to bring in heaters or fans. There is also a kitchenette, which has a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. You can bring in warmers, crockpots, etc. if needed.

Your rental also includes 100 chairs, 20 round tables, 6 rectangle tables, 2 wooden bars, and several miscellaneous wooden decorative tables. Inside also features beams wrapped in lights, which makes for perfect lighting for most occasions!

We also have The Borrowing Shed, which is filled with miscellaneous decorations available to use. It includes mason jars, old lanterns, cupcake and cake stands, wood rounds, easels, florals, and much more!

Attached to the barn is a 10’x60′ covered porch wrapped in lights. A firepit is also on the property, a favorite for most of the guys!

We have also provided multiple photo opportunities, including an old tractor, a large swing, old barn doors, and a pallet fence.
